This workshop will show you tools that will help you keep track of all the conversations taking place online that they aren’t aware of.
It will cover analytical tools, before looking at how you can monitor public sentiment online.
This session will also cover customer relationship management and customer service strategies which exist to ensure that all sentiment is positive. We will explore the damage negative publicity can do, and how we can encourage people to leave positive reviews online.
All attendees must be registered to the Business Northumberland programme prior to the workshop.
